site specific sculptural textiles piece for St Nicholas Church, Brockenhurst, located in the New Forest. this piece uses fabric dyeing with natural pigments and found fabric, hand embroidery and pencil drawings. It is an exploration of how connecting with the earth can be a spiritual practise, and the particular connection we have with this as women.
the viewer is invited to sit under the arch as a meditative space, or walk through it, as they feel drawn to.
